FBFCU will use the FY08 Financial Assistance award of $189,270 as financing capital, loan loss reserves, and capital reserves. FBFCU will use the FY08 Technical Assistance grant of $30,743 to: 1)train staff and 2) undertake a market analysis, resource development, member outreach, and data processing improvements. FBFCU is the only low-income designated credit union in San Diego County, CA.
