Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation (CHAC), is a private non-profit housing organization established in 1982 to increase homeownership opportunities for Colorado"s low and moderate income families. CHAC primarily provides direct financing for home purchases and assists homeowners with maintaining home ownership in a period of financial crisis.
