The Communities United Credit Union will use the award to hire a consultant to develop a marketing plan; to acquire and install ATM and asset/liability management software; for staff salary; and to implement an extensive staff training plan.
SECA (2001) - $200,000
The financial and technical assistance will assist CUCU in strengthening its financial and staff capacity to serve its membership.
