Emerging Native American Business Lending, Inc. (ENABL) was established in 2002 with a mission to enhance the economic conditions of the Fort Belknap and Fort Peck Reservations in Montana ENABL accomplishes this by providing small business loans and technical assistance support to small businesses and potential entrepreneurs.

CDFI Awards for Emerging Native American Business Lending Micro Loan Fund


NATA (2004) - $27,500

Emerging Native American Business Lending, Inc. (ENABL) will use the award to obtain training in loan fund administration and management; and to acquire technology for its staff.



NACTA (2002) - $60,000

The Technical Assistance grant will enable the organization to obtain training for Board and staff, consulting services for the development of policies and procedures, operating systems and manuals, and a capitalization strategy.
