Lake Agassiz Regional Development Corporation (LARDC) is a non-profit development corporation engaged in community development lending throughout a six-county region in southeastern North Dakota that has experienced significant economic and population decline. The applicant was formed in June 1997. LARDC provides business and other economic development loans.
