Eastern Dakota Housing Alliance, Inc. is a multi-regional Community Housing Development Organization covering the eastern half of North Dakota. Its mission is to develop, own or manage affordable housing for low and middle income families, and it serves as the conduit for 50% of the HUD HOME funds allocated annually to ND.

FA (2009) - $600,000

Eastern Dakota Housing Alliance (EDHA) is a certified CDFI established in 1998. EDHA provides affordable housing loans to Low Income Targeted Population in Eastern North Dakota. The Awardee will use the 2009 Financial Assistance award for lending capital and the 2009 Technical assistance grant to 1) pay the salary of a community loan fund manager; 2) pay for training and travel of staff; and 3) obtain social impact assessment and an update of its website.



TA (2004) - $46,570

Eastern Dakota Housing Alliance, Inc. will use the award to expand and improve its activities serving low-income families in their market area. The grant will fund market studies, development of a capitalization plan, policy and procedure development, acquisition of technoloty, and training for Board and staff for expanded activities.
