New Hampshire Community Loan Fund (Community Loan Fund) is a statewide, non-profit CDFI founded in 1983 to provide financing and technical assistance to low-income residents of New Hampshire. Community Loan Fund provides credit products that support affordable housing, community facilities, and economic opportunity.

FA (2009) - $2,000,000

The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is a certified CDFI established in 1981. It provides financing and development services to enable residents of mobile home parks to become resident-owners of these facilities. The Awardee created a national program called the Resident Owned Communities USA (ROC) in 2008, which takes their successes of ROC across the country. The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund will use its FY09 Financial Assistance award to expand its volume of activity.



FA (2008) - $1,000,000

The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund (Community Loan Fund) is a certified CDFI established in 1983. Community Loan Fund offers a range of loan products and development services to finance child care facilities, affordable housing, and micro-businesses throughout New Hampshire. Community Loan Fund will use the FY08 Financial Assistance award of $1,000,000 to build its equity capital program and support financing for Resident-Owned Communities, enabling owners of manufactured housing to become cooperatives and purchase the land on which the homes built.

Established in 1983, the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund (Community Loan Fund) provides loans and technical assistance to low-income people in New Hampshire. Community Loan Fund offers a range of loan products and development services that benefit low-income people. It products focus on child care facilities, affordable housing, and micro-business strategies. Community Loan Fund will use its FY07 Financial Assistance to build its equity capital program and support its manufactured housing program, which leverages conventional private capital for low-income people living in manufactured housing.



FA (2006) - $585,000

New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, Inc. (Community Loan Fund) is a certified CDFI established in 1983. Community Loan Fund provides an array of loan products and development services to low-income homeowners. The Financial Assistance Award of $585,000 will enable Community Loan Fund to provide mortgage loans to low-income residents of manufactured housing parks to purchase the underlying property and secure their homes.



CORE (2001) - $2,500,000

New Hampshire Community Loan Fund (Community Loan Fund) provides loans and technical assistance to community economic development projects that benefit low-income people in New Hampshire. Community Loan Fund provides financing in the areas of affordable housing, childcare facilities and non-profit facilities lending, micro enterprise and micro credit.



CORE (1999) - $1,500,000

The CDFI Fund"s $1,500,000 capital grant will strengthen Community Loan Funds financial position to increase the number, amount, and types of its loans.



CORE (1998) - $2,500,000

The $2,500,000 capital grant from the CDFI Fund will help expand Community Loan Fund"s current lending program and several recently launched initiatives including single family home ownership financing for people with developmental disabilities, pre-development financing, manufactured housing financing, and equity investments in businesses that provide employment opportunities for low income persons.



CORE (1996) - $1,000,000

CDFI financial support of a $1 million grant will be a major boost for the organization"s initiatives.
