AHC Community Development, LLC (“AHC”) will make loans to finance three types of real estate projects: 1) higher education facilities; 2) commercial / retail projects in urban communities; 3) community oriented centers. The NMTC allocation will enable AHC to offer significantly more favorable debt products to borrowers developing real estate projects in low-income communities. The loans provided by AHC will have preferable rates and terms, including below-market interest rates, interest only payments, higher loan to value ratios, lower debt service coverage ratios and no origination fees.

NMTC (2009) - $10,000,000

AHC Community Development, LLC (AHC) will make loans to finance three types of real estate projects: 1) higher education facilities; 2) commercial / retail projects in urban communities; 3) community oriented centers. The NMTC allocation will enable AHC to offer more favorable debt products to borrowers developing real estate projects in low-income communities. The loans provided by AHC will have preferable rates and terms, including interest rates that are 400 basis points below-market; interest only payments for a period of seven years; higher loan-to-value ratios; lower debt service coverage ratios; and no origination fees.



NMTC (2008) - $55,000,000

AHC Community Development, LLC (“AHC”) will make loans to finance three types of real estate projects: 1) higher education facilities; 2) commercial / retail projects in urban communities; 3) community oriented centers. The NMTC allocation will enable AHC to offer significantly more favorable debt products to borrowers developing real estate projects in low-income communities.
