Columbus OHCDFI Awards for Association for Theater-Based Community Development, LLC, The
NMTC (2002) - $6,000,000
The Association will use its NMTC allocation to provide loans to nonprofit organizations for the purchase and rehabilitation of theaters in low-income communities. The Association believes that the NMTC will enable it to provide loans to borrowers at very low rates of interest.
