NMTC (2009) - $50,000,000

Johnson Community Development Company (JCDC) focuses on redeveloping neighborhoods in areas experiencing the greatest amount of distress by focusing on and prioritizing opportunities that will stimulate new job creation, eliminate blight in downtown areas, and bring sustainable economic development to the communities that it serves. With its 2009 NMTC allocation, JCDC will provide innovative and flexible financing (including interest rates at least 50 percent below-market) for small- to mid-size businesses and real estate development projects, and will increase investment in essential community projects that would not otherwise receive financing. JCDC enhances investment by reinvesting 100 percent of the interest earned on NMTC loans into additional qualifying projects.



NMTC (2008) - $40,000,000

Johnson Community Development Corporation (JCDC) will serve the highly distressed communities throughout the state of Wisconsin, and the Maricopa and Pinal Counties of Arizona. JCDC"s ongoing mission is to redevelop neighborhoods in areas experiencing the greatest amount of distress by focusing on and prioritizing opportunities that will create new jobs, eliminate blight in downtown areas, and bring sustainable economic development to the communities it serves. JCDC will offer interest rates that are at least 50 percent below market, longer amortization periods, interest-only features, higher than standard debt coverage ratios and other flexible terms. In addition, JCDC will reinvest the gross interest revenue derived from new investments, thereby multiplying the amount of capital it will deploy in disadvantaged communities.



NMTC (2006) - $40,000,000

Johnson Community Development Corporation (JCDC) will provide flexible financing for small to mid-size businesses as well as construction and permanent financing for real estate projects. JCDC’s goal is to redevelop neighborhoods in areas experiencing the greatest amount of distress by focusing on and prioritizing opportunities that will create new jobs, eliminate blight in downtown areas, and bring sustainable economic development to the communities it serves. JCDC will provide financing at rates at least 30% below the prevailing markets rates.



NMTC (2003) - $52,000,000

Johnson Community Development Company (JCDC) will provide loan originations and investments of capital to non-real estate businesses, and loan originations in support of mixed-use, retail, commercial, industrial, for-sale housing, infrastructure, and office space development. JCDC, a member of Johnson Financial Group, Inc. (JFG) and the family of SC Johnson Enterprises, will expand the volume of its activities and extend its activities to focus on additional areas with greater distress in support of community and economic revitalization efforts. Programs will rely on flexible and innovative lending products that include below-market interest rates, flexible interest only repayment periods, convertible warrant equity options, and other products.
