NACA (2009) - $117,146

NiiJii Capital Partners, Inc. is a certified Native CDFI established 2005. It offers micro business loans and technical assistance to tribal members of three area Indian Reservations in rural Northern Wisconsin - the Lac du Flambeau, the Sokaogo Chippewa, and the Menominee. NiiJii Capital Partners, Inc. will use its FY2009 Technical Assistance grant to: 1) support staff operations; 2) provide training to board/staff; 3) hire professional services to update accounting; and 4) purchase office equipment.



NA (2008) - $97,272

The Niijii Small Business Loan Fund is a certified Native CDFI established in 2005. Niijii provides small business loans and developmental services to residents of three reservations in northern Wisconsin. Niijii will use the 2008 NACA TA grant to: 1) pay for staff salary and training; 2) attend staff and board development training; and 3) purchase computer equipment and phone/internet service. The CDFI was awarded $97,272.



NACA (2007) - $99,768

NiiJii Small Business Loan Fund (NSBLF) is an Emerging CDFI established in 2005. NSBLF provides microloans and business training to three Indian reservations; Lac du Flambeau, Sokaogon Chippewa, and the Menominee. NSBLF will use the 2007 NACA award of $99,768 to 1) provide for in-house personnel; 2) pay for staff training in portfolio management; and 3) contract professional services for loan system improvements.
