Gather information that may help USAID/Nigeria prepare an eventual solicitation(s) or Notice of Funding Opportunity(s) for an activity or activities to support the Government of Nigeria in the implementation of reading and access reforms in selected states;2.
Assess USAID’s assumptions about the efficacy of preliminary, proposed, and diverse strategies for systems support.
