This opportunity will provide funding to assist with analysis and publication of existing Service data, assist with research on yellow-billed loons, collaborate on education and outreach efforts, assist with all logistical aspects in support of research efforts in Russia, and foster bilateral collaboration
with Russian Federation researchers.
