This announcement describes a program thrust, entitled DARPA/ONR Field-Reversible Thermal Connector (RevCon) Challenge, to be launched initially under the ONRFOA12-002, Long-Range Annual Funding Opportunity Announcement for Navy and Marine Corps Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM)

The requirements for proposal submission, evaluation, and award of any resulting grants will ultimately be subject to that described in the FY12 STEM FOA.
