2011 CBGN Financial Assistance Awards

The National Park Service, Chesapeake Bay Office is accepting applications for our 2011 CBGN Financial Assistance Awards Program.

Awards of financial assistance are restricted to designated sites and water trails that are part of the Chesapeake Bay Gateways and Watertrails Network (CBGN).

Applications

may be submitted by either the managing organization for a CBGN site or water trail, or a partner organization designated to carry out the project at that site or water trail.

The funding priority for 2011 will be public access site development projects.

Eligible public access projects can help advance the development of designated CBGN water trails, the Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic Trail (CAJO), and/or the Star-Spangled Banner National Historic Trail (STSP).

Application deadline is 4:00 p.m., Monday, April 4, 201 1.
