Rwanda Service Delivery Activity” (RSDA) aims to improve the utilization and quality of Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH) and Malaria services, in a sustainable manner with the goal of reducing infant and maternal mortality in Rwanda.
