DRAFT IFRP TRANSPORT RFA:
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) is seeking applications for funding to support the rapid transportation, delivery, and distribution of shelf-stable, prepackaged commodities to be distributed under the

International Food Relief Partnership (IFRP) program.

S. Territory or Possession; Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply.

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U. S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.

Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are allowed.
