Syria Humanitarian Assistance Consortium

Under this APS, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of U. S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) seeks to fund one or more consortia of NGOs working in Syria to implement a program entitled “Syria Humanitarian Assistance Consortium.” Applicant Eligibility

Information for this award is described in Section C of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NFO).

Subject to the availability of funds USAID anticipates funding up to four consortium awards to a responsible applicant(s) whose application(s) best meets the objectives of this funding opportunity and the selection criteria contained herein.

While up to four awards are anticipated as a result of this NFO, USAID reserves the right to fund one or more or none of the applications submitted.
