661 et seq., as amended, and Section 7(a) Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act

Estimated total amount of agreement is $422,76 3. 0 0. Reclamation is providing $150,35 6. 00 in Fiscal Year 201 7. The objectives of the project are to:
Objective #1:
Complete the design and analysis of the acoustic-tag investigations of the 6-year Operations of the Central Valley Project and State Water Project (OCAP) study Objective #2:
Annual analysis of the 2011-2016 tagging databases and Multiyear Study analysis of the 2014-2016 dataset Objective #3:
Prepare technical reports summarizing the annual experiments between 2014-2016 (Refer to the Notice of Intent to Award Announcement No.

BOR-MP-17-N004 for additional information) A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2. 14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
