AHSP Phase 2: Continued research and development of Aquatic Habitat Sampling Platform (AHSP)

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to Cramer Fish Sciences under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 1 5. 517, Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, Public Law 85-624, 16 U.S.C.

661 et seq., as amended, and Section 7(a) Fish

and Wildlife Coordination Act (FWCA), (70 Stat 1122; 16 U.S.C.

742f(a)), as limited and delegated by the Secretary of the Interior delegation of authority to the Bureau of Reclamation at 255 DM 1. 1B, Section (d).

Estimated total amount of agreement is $1,118,24 7. 0 0. Reclamation is providing $461,48 5. 00 in Fiscal Year 201 8. The objectives of the project are to:
Objective #1:
Continue prototype development Objective #2:
Development of fish and invertebrate image acquisition and identification technology Objective #3:
Deploy AHSP in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta to study native and non-native fish-habitat associations Objective #4:
Project management and reporting (Refer to the Notice of Intent to Award Announcement No.

BOR-MP-18-N021 for additional information) A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2. 14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Only State Geological Surveys are eligible to apply to the STATEMAP component of the National Cooperative Geologic Mapping Program pursuant to the National Geologic Mapping Act (Public Law 106-148).

Since many State Geological Surveys are organized under a State university system, such universities may submit a proposal on behalf of the State Geological Survey.
