Lake Berryessa Zebra and Quagga Mussel Prevention Program

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a grant agreement to Solano County Water Agency under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 1 5. 517, Fish & Wildlife Coordination Act; Public Law 85-624, 16 U.S.C.

661 et seq., as amended, and Section 7(a)

of the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (FWCA) (70 Stat 1122; 16 U.S.C.

742f(a)), as limited and delegated by the Secretary of the Interior delegation of authority to the Bureau of Reclamation at 255 DM 1. 1B and RM 526 Section 6 F.

(2) Fish and Wildlife, Section (a).

Estimated total federal amount of agreement is $412,64 0. 0 0. Reclamation is providing $412,64 0. 00 in Fiscal Year 201 9. This project will accomplish the following objectives:
1. Augment the Boat Seal and Receipt System 2. Enhance Public Outreach and Awareness 3. Increase Number of Inspections Performed on Watercrafts Annually 4. Increase and Expand Decontamination Operations 5. Continue Efforts in Mussel Monitoring and Early Detection (Refer to the Notice of Intent to Award Announcement No.

BOR-MP-19-N021 for additional information) A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2. 14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
