Collaborations to Improve Identification and Care for Chronic Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) Infection among Persons in the United States who were Born in Countries with Intermediate-High (greater than or equal to two percent) HBV Prevalence

The purpose of this FOA is to improve the capacity of health care providers and other stakeholders in cities with large populations of persons born in countries with intermediate-high HBV prevalence, to increase the identification of foreign born persons with CHB from HBV endemic countries and their

linkage to high-quality, ongoing HBV-directed medical care.
