The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek information necessary to formulate the next Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) that would solicit and competitively award projects under the DOE National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) University Turbine Systems Research (UTSR) program.
