FY 2015 Study of the U.S. Institutes for Student Leaders on U.S. History and Government

The Study of the U. S. Branch, Office of Academic Exchange Programs, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), invites proposal submissions for the design and implementation of four (4) Study of the U. S. Institutes for Student Leaders on U. S. History and Government, pending the availability

of FY 2015 funds.

The Institutes will target student leaders from the Western Hemisphere:
three Institutes will be conducted entirely in Spanish, and one Institute will be conducted in English.

Each academic Institute will be five weeks in duration, approximately four weeks at an academic institution and approximately one week on an integrated educational study tour, and should be organized for a group of 20 undergraduate students from mostly indigenous, Afro-Latino, and underserved communities in the Western Hemisphere.

Applicants may submit only one proposal to design, implement and/or monitor all four Institutes under this competition.

If multiple proposals are received from the same applicant, all submissions will be declared ineligible and receive no further consideration in the review process.
