Purpose of Program:
The Fulbright-Hays Faculty Research Abroad (FRA) Fellowship Program provides opportunities to faculty members of institutions of higher education (IHEs) to engage in research abroad in modern foreign languages and area studies.

Applications for grants under the FRA Fellowship Program--CFDA Number 8 4. 019A must be submitted electronically using e-Application, accessible through the Department's e-Grants Web site at:
http://e-grants.ed.gov.

While completing the electronic application, both the IHE and the faculty applicant will be entering data online that will be saved into a database.

Neither the IHE nor the faculty applicant may e-mail an electronic copy of a grant application to us.
