This is an announcement for issuing a single source financial assistance award to the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve for a period not to exceed five years.

The purpose of this Cooperative Agreement is for Rachel Carson NWR

and Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve to manage shrublands, saltmarsh and species.

S. Territory or Possession; Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply.

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U. S. Organizations are eligible to apply.

Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are allowed.
