Directors Fellows Program

The Directors Fellows Program (DFP) supports field work in fish and wildlife conservation that helps the Service accomplish its priority work.

The DFP Fellows will conduct surveys, data analysis and program policy, wildlife research, risk assessments, and literature reviews; collect field data

and develop conservation plans.

The work also involves education and community engagement for the purpose of providing needed information to partners and to educate diverse populations on the Serviceâ¿¿s mission of conserving the nature of America.
