This is to continue to provide free science-based, laboratory and field research experiences for 20 science teachers and approximately 1,000 students from Title 1 schools in San Diego and Los Angeles Counties.
The project will provide innovative and relevant professional development experiences
for California science teachers as well as authentic and meaningful hands-on research opportunities for the students of those teachers.

Such organizations also are referred to as academic institutions.
- FFRDCs may not receive funds directly from NSF under this solicitation.
