which is to be held at the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Serviceâ¿¿s National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) in Shepherdstown, WV from July 9 to 15, 201 7. This opportunity offered under the authority of the Powers and Duties of the Secretary of the Interior (16 USC 460 Section 460 l 1(d) and (f).
