The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to an amend an existing Single Source Cooperative Agreement without competition to Conservation Legacy (CL) to provide two interns and a work crew focused on outreach and capacity building efforts for the communities surrounding the Valle de Oro National
Wildlife Refuge.
