Funds under this award are to coordinate the activities of National City school kids coming on to the San Diego National Wildlife Refuge Complex.
This includes 4th graders to the Living Coast Discovery Center, and 6th graders to do habitat restoration on San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

Additional Information of Eligibility:Accredited U. S. public and private universities with experience working with universities in the Middle East, South and Central Asia are eligible for this funding opportunity.
U. S. universities are considered those offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
Experience may include, but is not limited to, current and recently completed projects, university collaborations, and/or a physical presence in the region.
Please refer to Section D for funding restrictions.
Organizations may sub-award/contract with other entities, but only one entity can be the prime recipient of the award.
When sub-awarding/contracting with other entities, the responsibilities of each entity must be clearly defined in the proposal.
