THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE.

The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to The University of Florida to use existing data and collect additional field data to:

summarize/analyze regional data on non-breeding shorebirds using public lands along Florida's Panhandle region, and where data on banded birds permits, to determine overwintering survival of select species, to construct a Motus tower in the area of Tyndall Air Force Base, and to deploy nanotags on wintering Piping Plovers and Red Knots.
