Endangered Species Conservation Recovery Implementation

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE.

The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Florida Three Rivers Resource Conservation and Development Council to eradicateinvasive

species throughout Joint Base Charleston using a variety of spraying application methods.

In addition, the funds will be used to conduct a forest inventory of the installation property measuring basal area of the trees, average height, canopy coverage, and groundcover identification within the selected plots at Poinsett Electronic Combat Range.
