Capital Fund At-Risk/Receivership/Substandard/Troubled Program

$12,000,000 shall be to support the costs of administrative and judicial receiverships and for competitive grants to PHAs in receivership, designated troubled or substandard, or otherwise at risk, as determined by the Secretary, for costs associated with public housing asset improvement, in addition

Additional Information of Eligibility:
PHAs with the legal authority to develop, own, modernize, and operate a public housing project in accordance with the 1937 Act are eligible.

Tribes and tribally designated housing entities (TDHEs), nonprofit organizations, resident management corporations, and resident associations are not eligible to apply.Eligible applicants under this NOFO are troubled, substandard, receivership or high risk PHAs, as defined in Section I.A.3, Definitions.   Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
