FY17 Supplemental for National Network Grant to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak)

Pursuant to the Further Continuing and Security Assistance Appropriations Act, 2017 (Public Law No.

114-254), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $86,011,888 to cover Capital, Debt Service and $1,765,382 to cover American Disabilities Act (ADA) expenses (for a total

of $87,777,270) until April 28,2017 or the date of enactment of the applicable full year appropriations act for FY1 7. In order to receive these funds, Amtrak must complete the grant application and applicable standard forms.
