FY2017 Supplemental for Northeast Corridor Grant to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak)

Pursuant to the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2017, Public Law No.

115-31 (May 5, 2017), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $189,694,095 to cover Capital and Debt Service of which $1,709,556 is to cover American Disabilities Act (ADA) expenses (for a total of

credit:


$ 4,357,629) until December 31, 2017 or total funds expended.

In order to receive these funds, Amtrak must complete the grant application and applicable standard forms.
