The Long Term Resource Monitoring Program (LTRMP) Cooperative Agreement ProgramLTRMP is a monitoring effort with the U. S. Geological Survey (USGS) and five Upper Mississippi River System states (Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin).
