Domestic Victims of Human Trafficking Program

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Administration on Children, Youth, and Families (ACYF), Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB), and the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) will award approximately 12 cooperative agreements to implement projects that will build and sustain comprehensive

credit:


services for domestic victims of human trafficking.

This project will support the provision of specialized comprehensive victim services for United States citizens and lawful permanent resident victims of severe forms of trafficking regardless of age.

The projects will implement the following activities:
1) Develop, expand, and strengthen victim service programs; 2) Coordinate services among multiple providers to assist victims of human trafficking; 3) Expand collaboration and partnerships to implement innovative approaches to serve victims of human trafficking; and 4) Provide a means to make referrals to programs for which United States citizen and lawful permanent resident victims are already eligible, including programs administered by the Department of Justice and elsewhere within the Department of Health and Human Services.
