United States Army Garrison (USAG) Hawaii Army Compatible Use Buffer Program (ACUB)

MICC-FSH announces a potential partnering opportunity for the USAG-HI Army Compatible Use Buffer (ACUB) program.

The successful applicant(s) will, after coordinating with USAG-HI encroachment planners and natural resource managers, negotiate the purchase of easements or fee simple property (perpetual

credit:


real property interests) from willing landowners.

The entire project plan encompasses approximately 13,730 acres located within four ACUB Priority Areas on the island of Oahu.
