Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System

The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Yosemite National Parks intention to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System (YARTS)who will collaborate on transporation in the Yosemite Region.

The Authority and the NPS possessin common the

powers to plan, operate, and evaluate transportation improvements within and among their respective jurisdictions in and around Yosemite National Park.

This award is in accordance with the Department of Interior Policy, 505 DM 2.
