OVW Fiscal Year 2023 Grants to Prevent and Respond to Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, Stalking, and Sex Trafficking Against Children and Youth Program - Solicitation

This program is authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (Public Law No:
117-328).

The CY Program solicitation is one of two solicitations issued under the Consolidated Youth and Engaging Men (CYEM) Program (CFDA# 1 6. 888).

The other program solicitation is the Grants

to Engage Men and Boys as Allies in the Prevention of Violence Against Women and Girls (EM) Program.

Applicants interested in developing projects to engage men and boys as allies should submit a proposal under the OVW Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 EM solicitation.

Applicants and project partners who apply to both CY and EM grant programs are only eligible to receive one award.

The CY Program supports comprehensive, community-based efforts to develop or expand prevention, intervention, treatment, and response strategies to address the needs of children and youth impacted by domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and sex trafficking.

Eligible applicants are limited to: nonprofit, nongovernmental entities including community-based organizations, population-specific organizations, and culturally-specific organizations such as Urban Indian organizations and Native Hawaiian organizations (other than institutions of higher education); tribal organizations; Indian tribal governments, and units of local government or agencies of units of local government in the United States or U. S. territories.
