Notice of Intent: Implementation of the Mormon Pioneer National Heritage Area Management Plan

The Mormon Pioneer National Heritage Area (MPNHA) was established through the National Heritage Ares Act of 2006, Public Law No.

109-338, 120 Stat.

1738 (hereinafter ⿿Act⿝) which directs the Secretary of the Interior (hereinafter ⿿Secretary⿝)

to provide financial assistance to the heritage area⿿s management entity, Utah Heritage Highway 89 Alliance (hereafter ⿿Alliance⿝), a Utah nonprofit.

This cooperative agreement is the required assistance instrument.
