Provide location-specific insight and guidance to park managers on visitor use trends within congested Intermountain Region parks to inform management decisions that will improve visitor experience.

Be a private nonprofit organization certified under § 501(c)- of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986; B.

Currently be in the SBA’s WBC Program; C.

Successfully complete a 5-year Initial WBC Project by September 29, 2018, or a 3-year Renewal WBC Project by September 29, 2018; D.

Continue to meet the program criteria as provided in the Eligibility section of this Funding Opportunity Announcement.
