Population Health Interventions: Integrating Individual and Group Level Evidence (R21)

To improve health and reduce the burden of disease, scientific research needs to be implemented at the population level in addition to the biological and clinical levels.

The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is to support multilevel, transdisciplinary population health interventions

that target underlying social, economic, and environmental conditions in an effort to improve health outcomes.
