Democracy, Human Rights, and Rule of Law in Syria

The U. S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects that advance human rights and rule of law; support civil society engagement and leadership on peacebuilding, coexistence,

and conflict mitigation in Syria; provide support for survivors of torture and sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV); and promote peaceful coexistence, transitional justice, and accountability.
