PEPFAR Small Grants

The PEPFAR Small Grants Program is funded through the U. S. President’s Emergency Plan for Aids Relief (PEPFAR).

The PEPFAR goal is to advance progress towards sustainable control of the HIV epidemic and, ultimately, achieve an AIDS-free generation.

As part of the PEPFAR, the United

States Embassy in Maputo administers the Small Grants Program that is seeking to support small, grassroots, community-run projects throughout Mozambique.

Programs/activities should focus on support services for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs), Prevention of new infections by the HIV and Adult Care and Support.
