The U. S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U. S. Department of State is pleased to announce that funding is available through its Public Diplomacy Grants Program.

This Annual Program Statement solicits proposals for projects that further the U. S. Mission’s

public diplomacy goals of expanding media engagement, strengthening people-to-people ties between Vietnam and the United States, and building and strengthening local partners through specific objectives.

Grant activities will only be funded in the provinces south of and including Thua Thien Hue.All first-time grantees requesting under $25,000 must include the following: 1.

Grant proposal form including Budget Detail using our template.

2.

Standard Forms 424 and 424B.3.

A DUNS number.All grantees who have previously received a U. S. Government grant OR are requesting more than $25,000 must additionally submit: 1.

Proof of SAM and NCAGE registration.

All applicants must submit proposals via email to HCMCGrants@state.gov.
