To support the National Center for Human Resources Development (NCHRD) in the area of monitoring and evaluation staff capacity building and skills development.
This includes working directly with the NCHRD staff as well as assisting them in establishing a system and processes to communicate findings and recommendations of their studies to the Ministry of Education to support decision-making and policy development efforts and translate into action and practical steps.
