Children, Youth, and Families at Risk 4-H Military Partnership Professional Development and Technical Assistance Program
The purpose of the CYFAR 4-H Military Partnership Professional Development and Technical Assistance Program is to support the implementation and capacity of the 4-H Military Partnership and Outreach Support Program.
Professional development and technical assistance are provided to the land-grant
institutions and Cooperative Extension System, so that, in collaboration with other organizations, they are able to develop and deliver educational programs for military-connected youth.

Eligibility Requirements Applicants for the CYFAR 4-H Military Partnership Professional Development and Technical Assistance Program must meet all the requirements discussed in this RFA.
Failure to meet the eligibility criteria by the application deadline may result in exclusion from consideration or, preclude NIFA from making an award.

The following Land-grant Colleges and Universities are eligible for funding: 1994 Land-grant Institutions, 1890 Land-grant Institutions, and 1862 Land-grant Institutions.
