SOAR Growth Capital, LLC of Scottsdale, AZ seeks to create a certified community development financial institution that will provide venture capital to businesses in Native Communities. SOAR will use a $36,000 technical assistance grant through the 2005 Native American CDFI Assistance (NACA) Program to: (1) purchase consulting services to develop marketing and capitalization plans, policies and procedures, and product development; (2) acquire computer technology; and (3) support operations.
